First off, I copied part of this post title from Janelle because I am too dang tired to think of something different. After the feature on our local FOX station aired back in March, an anchor from our local NBC affiliate station here in KC contacted me about doing a story about dangerously loud noise levels in toys. She wanted to use my website as a way to get other moms’ feedback on toys that are loud. A few weeks ago we shot the story but were given a gag order of sorts by the station until today. I’m excited to announce it is finally airing tonight on the ten o’clock news. A sneak preview can be found here. Being a part of this story actually changed the way I look at my kids’ toys and really how I let them play with them anymore. You should watch it even if you don’t have kids.
