WOW! We awoke to the fabulous white stuff this morning before heading out to violin lessons. Afterwards, we went out for lunch and then took David to get a much needed haircut – guess I’ll have to wait on mine, but that’s okay.

After having lunch out we came home and headed out for some SNOW FUN!! I will be posting pics later and as part of my DDD, so check back for those. Nathan had fun busting out the sled from last year and was able to pull Will up and down the driveway. David and I then took our turn pulling Nathan up and down for a ride. We had a lot of laughs. Then, of course the snowball fight ensued – instigated of course by Nathan! Will just kept trying to catch the snowballs that we were all throwing at him. Then I reminded Nathan of his snow shovel he’d gotten at his teacher’s garage sale a few months ago. He was thrilled to start shoveling our walk-up and driveway. He intermittently would also throw himself down in an attempt to make snow angels.

Anyway we all had fun out and I am glad the snow actually came. I’ve realized it’s not the snow I mind so much as the COLD.
