I had today completely all planned out but that plan went out the window when Nathan decided to take a nap at 1:30 in the afternoon!! Will had just woken up and N8 wanted to go down. Okay. Fine. Only problem is I have errands to run and I can’t!! So N8 naps until about 4:30 and then by this time Will is crabby but I MUST get to Target…..outta wipes.

Nevertheless we finally made it out the door at about 5 pm and got all the errands done. Nathan behaved beautifully (I’m sure the popcorn had something to do with it) and Will did too, considering it was his crabby time of day.

Anyway I ended up browsing the clearance endcaps of the homewares section and found some SAWEEEEEET deals on some stuff including a KING size duvet, sham, and bedskirt set for seventeen bucks!! It’s not ugly either….really great beige and sage green material with a contemporary diamond-shaped pattern all over. It was regularly $69.99 so I thought it was a major steal at $17. I also got a king fitted sheet for $3.50 on clearance. I may go back tomorrow for more colors.

Hopefully this nap thing will work itself out. It’s not like I’m complaining that naps put a dent in my daily plans, it’s just that it’s become so annoying to have to work around them especially since that usually means not doing anything from 2 to 5 pm.

Could be worse though.
