Nathan told me he loved me for the first (and second) time today. It was so sweet! The first unsolicited “i love you” was this morning when i picked him up out of our bed and started to carry him over to his room to get him dressed for the day. I was rounding the corner of my side of the bed when i planted a big kiss on his cheek. He then said “i lub u” in his sweet, angelic voice! I wanted to hear it again and again so i asked, “What? what did you say?” and he repeated!
Then, this afternoon he said it again when i was about to change his diaper! It was so cute!
I’ll never forget this….before today he had only said it to me when either i said it first to him or by me making him say it! 🙂
