N8 and i went out today and purchased the new Joovy stroller i’ve been wanting for when the baby comes. Here’s a pic:

I had originally seen this stroller in red. A friend of mine actually has it, and i thought it would be the perfect piece to tote N8 and N8’s brother around in since it’s got the neat little platform in the back for a standing or sitting toddler. Babies R Us carries it but only in red. Well, when i found out it came in (Longhorn) Orange, i was on a mission to find the store that had it! After much research, i found out that USA Baby actually has it in the blue and orange. It was also on sale through tomorrow for the same price as the red at BRU. So, naturally, i couldn’t pass it up.

What’s even better is that i didn’t even have to pay for it all at once. USA Baby has a free layaway program so i went in, paid $50 for them to hold one for me and i am going back around the 15th of March to pick it up. I am of course assuming that baby won’t be coming that early so i would have no use for the stroller until later anyway.

I should mention that n8 highly approves of both the stroller design and the color. He couldn’t stop riding around on it in the store.
