Dare I say it but Will seems to be over his water funk. Today he was such a fish even getting into the baby ring at the pool. We were there all day long again with Nathan’s friend Cole and his mommy. We arrived at about 11:45 this morning and ate a quick picnic lunch then of course Cole and N8 threw their floaties on and headed for the slide. We heard not a peep from them for the entire 3+ hours we were there, except for during break times when they came over to grab towels and handfulls of snacks.

I ran into another friend of mine there, Triss, from church and Angie, Cole’s mom, and I just sat and chatted with Triss and her little one. Anyway, back to the post.

Will had such a great time in the water today and this evening while bathing both boys together he was the first one in and screaming when I finally got him out. I notice that he really just doesn’t like the water splashing ON his head unless he’s the one doing the splashing – then it just doesn’t even matter. So, I am hoping that the whole water phobia thing was just a phase for him. Hopefully so because if the weather holds out, we’re swimming tomorrow again!
