We had a pretty relaxing evening here getting ready and pumped for preschool to start tomorrow. I made Nathan a little sweet treat to go along with our Back-to-School commemorative celebration.

He loved his pencil cake, to say the least. He chose to eat some of the “wood” from the pencil rather than any of the tip or eraser because, according to him, he didn’t want “his tummy to be erased”.

It’s hard to believe he’s starting his second year of preschool, but I know he is so ready for it. It’s so exciting to think about all that the next school year has in store for us. Better get off to get a good night’s rest…..
