i had a tasty lunch today of turkey breast, ritz crackers, and sharp cheddar cheese. i was also craving a soda….a real one, folks – with caffeine and all. So, i indulged in a glass of Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper. Bad idea. It just made me want more. Why does caffeine have to be so bad??? How do those 5-cups-a-day people do it when they’re pregnant? Do they just give up coffee cold turkey? Surely caffienated soda can’t be all that bad every other day or so, right?
