I took the kids to Irish Fest today and we had such a great time. The kids got to get their faces painted, jump on bounce houses, be part of a cool concert, and eat some yummy food! They split a fresh squeezed cherry lemonade and some hot kettle corn. They also each got a yummy slushie and we all munched on a warm funnel cake! Notice there are no pics of the food….we ate it all too fast!
We saw a bit of the performance by Jim Cosgrove and N was even picked out of the audience to be in the band!
W just loved all the great festival food!
Hey, why aren’t they wearing green?! 🙂 It’s funny that they have the Irish festival in August, rather than March. I guess you can celebrate Ireland on more than just St. Patrick’s Day.
