Oh. My. Gosh. This was SOOOOOO scrumptiously good tonight, I just had to share! I will say that I altered the recipe just a bit by using sugar in place of honey (I was out) and it was simply divine. I also only cooked for about 5 hours and marinated beforehand for only 1 hour. The flavor was amazing and reminded me of something my mother-in-law would cook for me. If you're looking for a twist on pulled pork in the slow cooker, try this out for sure!
