• Going into the mall or other dedicated shopping establishment with your kid(s) and without a stroller.
  • Showing up for a playdate someplace as the only mom who didn't bring snacks for her kid(s).
  • Grocery shopping without a container of Cheerios.
  • Taking your kid(s) with you to go bra shopping.  And at Nordstrom, no less.
  • Taking your kid(s) out to lunch at CPK right across from Sprint headquarters during the busy lunch hour because you're really craving a margherita pizza - BADLY! [really, I don't know what I was thinking on this one!]

    1. I prefer to skip the stroller. My kids need the exercise so they’ll sleep when we get home.
    2. Done that. It’s no fun.
    3. We’ve been known to pay for a half-eaten box of cheezits in this situation.
    4. C likes to squeeze the padded bras on the racks. It’s somewhat creepy. We also have the “don’t open the door when mommy’s naked” rule.
    5. We have also done this (I’m partial to the bbq chicken). The place was empty when we arrived and by the time we left the lunch crowd was thankfully loud enough that we couldn’t hear the kiddos.

wow, you are brave skipping the stroller. luckily my kids usually are tired out anyway so I don’t have to work too hard to get them down for sleeping!
