That's officially what N has renamed Texas Roadhouse, where we went for dinner tonight.  He actually began calling it that over a year ago when we went like once a week!  I recently received a random $25 gift card to the place so we thought tonight would be a great time to rekindle the burned out flame with the peanut-littered eatery.

We did have about a 45 minute wait but it was totally worth it.  I ordered the 8 oz. sirloin steak – medium – and had a loaded baked potato and baked beans for my side.  Mmmmm….mmmmm!  D opted for the chicken fried chicken with double mashed potatoes.  The kids had chicken tenders and of course we all devoured the bottomless hot, buttery rolls served alongside.  I also had a few glasses of their refreshing sweet tea!

We were only $13 out of pocket after our gift card so it turned out to be a super-cool value eating out!
