This week there won't be an edition of {friday finds} because I am headed to Chicago for Vive La Hispanidad festivities, which will wrap up the month-long celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.  I will also have the privilege of attending the Nueva Latina Star Awards on Friday and get to hob-nob with the nominees and recipients.  

I am also pretty stoked that I'll be meeting up with my sister there, whom Verizon Wireless was gracious enough to permit me to invite along!  We are both looking forward to at least a few hours of downtime for shopping and eating in the city!
