This afternoon while the boys were napping I finally cut into that pineapple in my fridge that I’ve been craaaaving! I have to say that this little tool definitely makes digging into fresh pineapple a lot easier and tons more fun (not to mention, less messy). Anyway, it’s my new favorite kitchen gadget.

What’s cool about it too is that since it keeps the pineapple skin intact, you can actually fill the pineapple with the slices or chunks afterwards. Makes for a really fun presentation – eating pineapple out of a pineapple.
