The contractors are here working on our house today and will remain here all week. They’re mostly working on Nathan’s room issues but are also doing some repairs/replacement to our first level ceilings due to some water coming in from upstairs windows. After a morning full of moving furniture, toys, etc. out of the way and hearing ladders, hammers and all sorts of other racket, it is finally calm here. (The workers must be on lunch break.) N8, Will and i have mostly been chillin’ out in the basement watching movies, burning popcorn in the microwave down here, and playing computer games. Anyway, Will’s asleep right next to me on the futon down here as i type this so we’ll see how long he’ll stay down for. He’ll probably wake up to noise again as soon as the workers return. Nathan’s enjoying it though, as he loves to spend time down here.
