Well, it’s almost time to stuff your face with turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, and who knows what else. Are you ready? I came across some pretty interesting facts about Thanksgiving Day and here’s my fave:

Forecast 2007 receipts to farmers from turkey sales. This exceeds the total receipts from sales of products such as rice, peanuts and tobacco.
