Anyone who knows me well enough, knows I don’t enjoy cooking all that much, and that I am not particularly good at it either. The other night while D and I were watching our DVRd episode of one of our favorite shows, I was totally determined to find a good recipe for Bulgogi (Pul-Kogi), a.k.a. Korean BBQ Beef.
I absolutely love kimchi and hadn’t had it in a while. There’s a great place locally here that serves fabulous Korean food but we’ve not visited in quite some time. Well, after that episode aired, I was totally craving some Korean food and kimchi.
I am so happy to report that it turned out YUM-O, D-LISH! It was so easy and fun to make that I think this has become a regular in the T household.
