Last night was so much fun! We ALL went to Jack Stack (one of my FAVORITE places – the beans are to die for!) for a late dinner. I think we were actually the last people in the joint. I diverted from my usual 2- meat platter and opted for the 3 meat platter. I had the sausage and double servings of the beef brisket which counted as my 2nd and 3rd meats. Then, i also had slaw and beans for my sides, pickles and bread. I am proud to say that due to my carnivorous nature, the only thing left on the plate by the end of the night was one slice of pickle.

I was hungry.

I have NEVER eaten that much at Jack Stack before. My family could NOT believe it!

So, we came home at about 10:30 last night after dinner and my mom busted out her Loteria game (a.k.a. Spanish Bingo) and we all played for nickels and dimes. It was so much fun! We stayed up till 12:30 or so playing. I actually got to practice some of my Spanish pronunciation while playing the game.

I won one monster pot in which we played for 25 cents a card rather than a nickel. That was sweet.
