I have to be perfectly frank.  I'm clinging to my summer days for as long as possible.  It is hands-down my favorite season of the year and it always seems to go the fastest.  I'm enjoying these last few days with my kids being out of school and getting together with my girlfriends for daytime lunches and late night chats.  One thing that surely brings us together most nights is our favorite cocktail.

Pineapple Flirtini

1 –  1/2 oz. vodka

1 – 1/2 oz champagne

Splash of pineapple juice

Stir with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry, if desired.
