Today Will requested quesadillas for lunch. As an added bonus, I busted out the pumpkin cookie cutter in hopes that he’d be more inclined to eat the little pumpkins rather than two giant triangles, like I usually cut them. Who knew?! It made all the difference in the world. And also made me realize I need to bring ou the seasonal cookie cutters more often! ♥
