After hearing about Italy winning the World Cup today, i have been thinking about the assumption that as a SAHM, that i will turn into a “soccer mom”. Funny thing is, i don’t even really like soccer. I could maybe see myself as being a “football mom” or a “golf mom” or maybe even a “basketball mom”. Heck, hockey even holds my interest more than soccer, and i HATE cold, let alone ice!

I know i may get flamed for this post and bashing soccer, but to me it’s just always been simply b….o….r…..i…..n…..g! I guess when the time comes and Nathan or Will show an interest in soccer, i will do my best to be encouraging and maybe my interest level will rise. But until then, i’ll keep honing the putting skills and touchdown passes.
