Doc Mobile Tour Kicks Off in Boston

Look out, Doc McStuffins fans!  The Doc Mobile, a 27-foot Airstream
trailer which has been custom-made to reach young kiddos ages 2 through 7 and their families recently set out on a multi-city tour.  The tour, which kicked off in Boston on Sunday August 18th, is all about creating fun and empowering experiences relating to health and nutrition.  It's theme, "So Much You Can Do….To Take Care of You!", is an initiative inspired by Disney Junior's one and only acclaimed "Doc McStuffins".  We've all come to know and love this fun animated series that models
good health and compassion through stories of Doc McStuffins, a young girl and would-be doctor, who is always there to take care of her closest toy friends.

The Doc Mobile
features an area for kids to perform a "check-up" on their own toys
plus other activities and age-appropriate health and wellness lessons including
nutrition and physical development and fitness.

And how about a new app?  A "Doc McStuffins: The Doc
Mobile" game and other digital activities including one that invites boys
and girls to create a customized doctor avatar, will debut on DisneyJunior.com/Doc on Friday,
August 30.  Also debuting that day is a preview of the season two premiere
"Doc McStuffins Goes McMobile/Chip Off the Ol' Box" via WATCHDisneyJunior.com, the WATCH
Disney Junior app for smartphones and tablets, and Disney Junior on
Demand.  It will become available for download on iTunes, Amazon and Xbox
beginning Saturday, September 7.

And one last fun thing for your Disney-loving calendar — Season Two of the Doc McStuffins show will premiere on Friday September 6th!  I, for one, know that we'll be tuned into the show here at our house!  My almost 4 year-old is a big McStuffins fan!  I was so excited to learn that some of the upcoming guest stars in Season Two include Geena Davis, Jeffrey Tambour, Tony Hale, Molly Shannon, Sutton Foster, Amy Sedaris, and Peter MacNicol.  That's quite a lineup!
