The upside to living, eating, and breathing the new restaurant is that i have not had to plan a meal in 2 weeks! I’ve been eating great, too! My father-in-law, who of course is a true Chef – a cooking god – has made some scrumptious menu items for us to try. The specialty, i must say, is the Orange Beef or Orange Chicken. If you ever come to Green Tea, make sure you try it! It is to die for!

I am finding that my husband has quite the chef’s hand as well. He made me fried rice and Orange Chicken the other day and when he asked how it was, i of course replied it was too good to be free! It was then that i found out he had actually made it and not his dad. i was shocked. I could hardly tell the difference. Needless to say, it’s a good thing David will be busy at the new restaurant for the next few weeks/months or else i may have to make him cook dinner more often at home now that i know he is a great cook!

Yesterday my mother-in-law made me a shrimp walnut salad with her secret dressing! YUM!! I’ve also tried the wonton soup which was great! i am a hot and sour soup fan so it’s nice that i’ve found another type of soup i like now!

I married into a great family, didn’t i?
