I picked up For Laci today while at Wal-Mart and am looking forward to delving into it today. My heart went out to Sharon Rocha, Laci’s mom, who was on The View yesterday for a brief moment to talk about the new book and how hard these years have been for she and the family. From what i understand, all the proceeds from the book will be donated to Laci’s fund which her mother set up and goes to help law enforcement agencies with necessary equipment for search and rescue missions.

I’ve been so moved by Laci’s death since the beginning, especially since finding out her due date was my birthday (February 10). I hope you’ll consider picking up this book soon.
