Ok, for all you Taco Cab-ers out there (like my peeps in Texas), I have made myself my favorite kind of breakfast tacos for the past two mornings and I see a pattern establishing here.

Those of you who’ve been to Taco Cabana with me before for breakfast know that I always opt for the breakfast taco combo which is two tacos and a Coke.  Well of course I always get the bean & cheese…..YUM-O!  So, I’ve been fixing them for myself for breakfast and it just reminds me of how much I miss my Taco Cab.

I’m glad I can experience at least a little taste of home.  Oh, and mom or Joe, if you’re reading this, please stop by Taco Cab and get me a Spurs travel mug! I see on the website they are in Austin Taco Cabanas for only $3.99 and refills are only 79 cents!
