I was online a while back looking at some of my favorite hair care products when they had this survey where you could fill out information about your hair type to see if you’d “qualify” to get a free haircut, style and color from one of their sylists. I figured what the hell? Why not go for it?

Well, I received this email today:

“Thank you for your interest in becoming a Bumble and bumble University Model Client. Based on the information you’ve provided on our web site you seem to be an appropriate candidate to receive FREE haircuts and/or styling with Bb.U.

We invite you to attend model call anytime between 5:30 and 6:30 pm on June 18, 2007 where you will be given a final assessment to determine your eligibility for participation in the program.”

Yeah, right. Like I am going to take the next flight out this Monday, while my husband is working from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., so I would have to find a sitter for my kids, just to get my hair done??!

I don’t think my hair’s in that bad of shape. It would be nice, though, just to be able to just jet off to New York on the next flight out for a hair appointment. But, I guess SOME of the folks that actually have lifestyles that could accomodate that kind of spontenaity have lives that MIGHT lack elsewhere. They aren’t getting the sweet smiles, hugs and kisses that I do everyday from my babes!
