On days where I really don't have a whole lot to blog about, I tend to start looking at my thousands of notes that I make for myself on a daily basis and today, I found this:

{this was written the day we did an indoor picnic}

Nathan wanted so desperately to have a picnic today so we decided it was best done in the living room.  As we were sitting, having lunch, this is what ensued:

<blockquote>N:  "mom would you like some hot dog soup?"

Me:  "what's in hot dog soup?"

N:  "just hot dogs. and some garlic. a little bit of flour and tomato."</blockquote>
