Although it's been rainy and gloomy all day long, it couldn't be more perfect.  This morning the kids and I had a playdate at our new favorite hangout.  Not only did they get some great playtime with new friends, but I got to engage in real-life conversation with other local moms!  It was a win/win!

The place was full of fun play areas and the kids had a ball.  Aftwards, I treated them to an apple juice from the juice bar.  I knew that we were going to be having lunch at D's mom's house so normally I would've just had them wait till we got there to have a drink, but their heads were super sweaty (ewww!) and the juice was only a buck! 

They'll be with their ahma (Chinese word for Grandmother) for the rest of the day and then she'll be taking them to her church's Vacation Bible School which starts this evening.  Hmmmm…..maybe D will take me out for dinner?  Hey, it could happen.
