I am ISO the perfect handbag. Here's what it would look like if I owned a production plant and could design and make it myself:
- Nude or bone color – the perfect neutral.
- Big, tote style without being too square. Think large hobo style bag.
- One wide shoulder strap. I detest bags (like my current one) with two straps. My shoulders are so narrow that usually one of the straps constantly falls off my shoulder.
- Little to no decoration on the outside of the bag. I definitely don't want one with buckles or other hardware on the outside. I've made a few light scratches on the side of my car as a result of me accidentally rubbing up against the car while getting the kids in or out of the car before.
- A bag that actually stands up on its own when set down. I hate that my current bag flops over any time I go to set it down on the table.
- An interior cell phone pocket plus a few other ones would be great!
Have you seen this bag? If so, report it here!
If you don’t mind throwing down 300 bucks for it: http://www.coach.com/content/product.aspx?product_no=11080&category_id=906
You are too funny with your lists and shopping! I have to ask . . . how did your husband like the giant CB2 box and purchases? Ha ha ha Just a reminder on your lists to send pics of Caden from VBS. I enjoy reading your blog. – Diane
I have the same problem purse shopping. I’m going to have to start designing my own!
SamMoon.com may have your purse. I don’t think they post all their purses though because when I went into the store the other day, I was very overwhelmed with all the purses, jewelry, hair accessories, etc. I had to leave it was too much!
You should go to Lill 1154 and design your own. I got my sis a gift certificate there and she got to pick out all the materials and style and closures.
