I hate very much dislike tech support of any kind.  I've recently been tinkering with some software I am looking to upgrade to that will bring major changes to my website that I am so psyched about.  The downside of that though is that I need like a week un-interrupted to hash out all the coding, configuring, and customizing that needs to be done to make it a smooth transition. 

The software company I am working with claims that they have 24/7 tech support and rapid response to support tickets.  Well, instantaneous is not fast enough for me.  I am an impatient person.  Anyway, I've succumbed to the notion that I will just have to drag out this whole revamping my website project much longer than I wanted to.
