Five Things: Bad Habits

I'm not one to usually rag on myself but I've seen several television programs in the recent days which have made me ponder more deeply my role as a mother, and as a person in society in general.  Here are five things I wish I could nix about myself.

  • Stop procrastinating.  I do it.  A lot.  The upside, however, is that I tend to flourish when under pressure!
  • Yelling at my kids unnecessarily.  Does this one really need explanation?
  • Being lazy about charging my BlackBerry.  I hate it when I get into the car only to find my phone is on low battery.  I usually leave it in my purse though so it only gets charged while I'm driving.
  • Being moody.  My wonderful husband will attest to the fact that I am not always as nice to him as I should be.  I'm sorry, honey.  I do love you.
  • Stop eating so many candy corn and Reese's peanut butter cups.  What's the point of my gym membership, anyway?

Your turn.  'Fess up.  What pains you about yourself?

Patience. I need more of it…some days more than others. 🙂
