Wow! Our first whole day here at Disneyworld has rocked! Not that I expected anything less, but I just kept finding myself thinking, "really? Is this REALLY my life? I am SO blessed!".  I say that not because of the "material" things that of course come along with a Disney vacation, but because my family – my husband and three sons – just had such great family time today.  We laughed, spent time together going on rides and high-fiving each other for trying new things, and just bonded in such a fabulous way.

It truly felt magical.

And then it was time for a little welcome reception from the peeps who have put together this amazing creation – Disney Social Media Moms Celebration 2012.  I found myself walking into the mixer event tonight knowing so many wonderful faces and then I got to meet a few new ones!  So exciting!

I loved hearing about Disney's newest little slice of paradise – Aulani.  As we were learning more about the theme and the focus of this newest family-friendly vacation excursion, I found myself more and more mesmerized!  Since hubs and I were married in Hawai'i, I am so hopeful that we'll be able to take our kids to the islands someday soon.  Aulani would be just the most wonderful place to share with them.

We were then treated like royalty – in true Disney fashion – at a private beach party held here on the grounds of the Yacht Club resort.   A pirate themed bash on the sand complete with live entertainment, character greetings, outsdanding food, and even a treasure hunt for the kids!  I was so in awe of what a top-notch event this was.  It was an AH-MAY-ZEEENG time with all of the bloggers and their families.  It again, made me feel so wonderfully blessed to be able to have the opportunity to share moments like this with my family all while doing a "job" I truly love!

{Disclosure: I was invited to take part in the 2012 Disney Social Media Moms Celebration conference.  My travel and expenses were heavily subsidized as part of this program, however I was not specifically asked to share anything with my readers about the conference or anything related to Disney.  I am doing this on my own accord. All opinions are my own. No one is the boss of me!}
