Pull-Ups prize pack
Ahh, this journey of potty-training {or attempting to} a fiesty 3 year-old has just about done me in!  Recently I received this fun product pack to help kickstart our potty-training endeavors with my 3 year-old son.  It includes a package of Pull-Ups training pants, flushable wipes, a fun Mickey Mouse themed portable potty seat, and some fun drawing markers and art stuff.  If you want to win one for yourself, keep reading!

If you haven’t had a chance to check out the fun Pull-Ups Big Kid App, you totally should!  Your kiddo will have so much fun celebrating and tracking their potty-training progress and you’ll love how motivated they are.  The app is available for download on both the App Store and on Google Play for supported devices.  My son has recently made some small strides in showing interest {finally!} in using the potty.  I’m pretty optimistic it will happen in the very near future!  I’ve recently breathed a sigh of relief though, when I learned that although some believe children should
be trained by the time they are two years old, experts say you shouldn’t
start training your little one until you see that they are ready.   Yay!  So my kid IS normal after all!

Be very persistent and learn to be patient. Bribing with candy and such always works too!

OMG I keep trying to get my 2 1/2yr old girl trained, but its super duper hard when she thinks she is 5 like her sister and thinks she knows very well how to do this herself. #stillworkingonit

Ask them all the time if they need to potty (they don’t think about it until it’s too late!) And be PATIENT 🙂

I have a 2 1/2 yo girl…who is very interested in the potty…will sit on it, want to flush, etc, but doesn’t “go”. Sounds like loads of patience will be the key to our success!

My best tip is to be patient and praise your child for any accomplishment they make

You need to have a lot of patience! If it is just not working out, take a break and try again in a few days. Give lots of rewards!
