It's funny, I've never really been much of a cereal and milk kinda gal, but I DO remember that growing up, we always had Alpha-Bits cereal in our house. Actually, my mom is STILL a huge fan!  I also remember shoving handfuls of Alpha-Bits into my mouth as a wonderful snack option.  Today, not much has changed.  Well, except for that now I'm lovingly sharing in that tradition with my own kids.

Jacob is a B-I-G fan of Alpha-Bits cereal and recently I made up a fun little printable activity sheet for kids that is just perfect for celebrating fall fun.

Alpha-Bits Fall Printable Activity Sheet for Kids
Trying to fit in teaching basic preschool skills like letters, shapes, and numbers, can sometimes be a challenge for me while trying to take care of a busy household, a 7 month-old, and the countless other things we have going on.  So, I absolutely love that Alpha-Bits cereal makes my job just a little bit easier and more fun.  Jacob loves finding and identifying all of the letters in our box of Alpha-Bits cereal.

The printable activity sheet shows four fall themed objects and spaces to spell out the name of each.  The objects include a leaf, pumpkin, football, and turkey.  Of course, being the sports freak that he is, Jacob insisted we start with the football.  And, me being the football freak I am, I couldn't argue!

In our household, Alpha-Bits cereal brings together two of the most necessary parts of life – eating and learning! How could you possibly go wrong?  While what I love most is that my son practices his pre-reading skills with this activity, he would certainly argue that the best part is finishing up and getting to "clean up the mess". . .
