I remember hearing about this movie when it was in the casting stages. And, I remember talking to my son, Nate, who's almost 11, about it and how it would be fun to see together. I was so excited when I found this latest movie trailer, clips, and posters for the Disney movie "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day". The film stars Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner and opens in theatres everywhere on October 10th! And, I am TERRIBLY excited to get to take my boys on a movie date! You will be, too, once you see what it's all about:
In honor of Mother’s Day this Sunday, "ALEXANDER AND THE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD DAY" has created a fun Mother’s Day card (below) to go along with the new trailer, poster, and images that debuted this week!
Disney’s “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day” follows the exploits of 11-year-old Alexander (Ed Oxenbould) as he experiences the most terrible and horrible day of his young life—a day that begins with gum stuck in his hair, followed by one calamity after another. But when Alexander tells his upbeat family about the misadventures of his disastrous day, he finds little sympathy and begins to wonder if bad things only happen to him. He soon learns that he’s not alone when his mom (Jennifer Garner), dad (Steve Carell), brother (Dylan Minnette) and sister (Kerris Dorsey) all find themselves living through their own terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. Anyone who says there is no such thing as a bad day just hasn't had one.
So, this movie seems downright impossible to not like. I am a huge fan of both Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner (she's GORGEOUS!!), so I know I'll be lining up to see this one on opening day, for sure! I love that this is a movie that is something my boys will love to go watch with me, too!
